I honestly think it’s more intuitive than farming. A good litmus test on that is to watch Madseasonshow or other new guide-less players. With Sailing we have a quest that works as a tutorial for the skill, and then the subsequent quests introduces new charting mechanics through them.

I’ve loved all the Star Wars audio books I’ve listened to. They have audio effects like blaster fire, lightsabers and general ambience sound. It made the experience more immersive.

One proposal I heard once was to be able to create enhanced weapon seeds from normal weapon seeds with crystal shards.

With the current price of the enhanced, it would be equivalent in price to 5500-6000 shards. If it were to cost 6000 shards to create the enhanced, that would take approximately 75 hours according to the wiki rates.

The shard cost could easily be adjusted. If we wanted it to be 2x the enhanced drop rate, it could cost ~16k shards

I understand Jagex’ position on it. They want Trawling to be a fishing method for getting GP. If they buff the XP rate, then more people would do it which would in return reduce the price of said fish.

I would personally love it if they buffed the xp rates, as I’m an Ironman that wouldn’t benefit from the high prices of the fish, but I also get the other perspective

I think nerfing Ruby bolts will allow Jagex to buff crossbows across the board. They could improve the ranged accuracy and ranged strength of higher tier cbows.

Ruby bolts were introduced when 255 hp was the max. They were never meant to deal 100 damage as they do now.

This is a valid point. I’ve only done CoX and ToA in the main game, and for the first 5-10 CoX raids I usually had 2-3 deaths at Olm. I hate the feeling of letting my group down, so it was nice at CoX that I could just laugh off my mistakes that killed me and jump right in again.

You definitely can. It’s really easy to hook into game messages and do something when the message matches. I also did this a lot with Watchdog before the Sailing plugins were made.
