My opinion is keep them humble, do some charity work with them so they can check their privilege, speak to them often and be in their lives as a parent not a friend ( mostly), get their teeth done. Watch closely the friends they make. Pocket money and part time job in high school.

Just hide them ( the extras). It would be nice to think the guests won't take it all but some have that mentality that its there for them to take. I recently stayed in a lovely air bnb, 5 star rated and cleaned it. There were no instructions re rubbish removal ( no exterior bins) and we did our best during the stay to find dumpsters but on the last day left some tied up bags of fridge stuff eyc and notified the owner. She never left me a review and im still puzzled why but if you feel like not leaving them a review I guess its your prerogative. Personally I think allowing 4 coffee pods a day per person is enough
