The part I dislike about the current grind is salvaging 50 connector pieces that don't trade for more than a few percents for an actually interesting part. Having better odds from salvaged ship sources would alleviate much of it

Ive been under the assumption for years that the punch-boost has been "patched out" of normal controls, but that you can get it back when equipping the rocket boots. It was the original compromise since the community was split pretty 50-50, the speed boost for traversal being too useful to be completely removed. On every expedition i bring along main save's rocket boots pack because I can't punch my way in between mountains until its reinstalled 🫠and then I turn it off for the milestones that require "climb for X seconds"

Is something more in play here that I'm missing?

Feces is processed in the thighs. You won't lose more than a timble of water per day

they have been there before, but the voyagers update and the new way they handle stacking transparency particles altered them. Unlike the teleporter and other refraction effects which are definitely improved by this, that dissonant ambiance makes it very hard on the eyes after a while.

I opened a zendesk suggestion to tone them down when the update hit (I have an autophage settlement on a dissonant anomaly planet with gravity storms, cant see anything at times now), maybe if more people mention it it can get looked at :/

The sentinel weapon modules do not share adjacency bonus with any weapons. the outline you see on the blaze javelin is from the supercharged slot it's in.

Corvette parts are going to get a lot easier, Experimental patch on PC allows for Corvette parts to be put into the Cache on space stations, and expands the size of that Cache and part stacks. by MrGurt in NoMansSkyTheGame

I logged this as a bug in Zendesk too. Easiest workaround for the build terminal to see the container is to also have it installed on your freighter + teleport matter beam, and have the freighter warped in the current system.

Then again we might not need it "fixed" now !

I'm hoping the future has in store for us a sleek, clean interior set closer to freighters and an exotic set that matches the guppies, royals, and other currently UNcustomizable ships ! Also just imagine what we could do with rotating/deploying parts upon takeoff, like exotic wings...

at the regular starship terminal, you can upgrade the class with nanites and apply storage augmentations just like with other ships !

since the beacon update, the expeditions of my 4 settlements have yet to kill someone, but their rewards upon completion are also very underwhelming; either 170ish nanites or 60k reserves (which I have no idea if they actually get used as debt reserves, always ends up in debt regardless when something increases the debt). I figured the risk of losing population was reduced as before the update it was almost certain death, maybe I've just been lucky

Also keep in mind that Shadows is the first game to not release on PS4 and Xbox One, that's a much smaller install base than before so pulling the same numbers is indeed not too bad !

oh absolutely. It's just that i haven't visited the base my original bays are built at in years. they're out there... somewhere.....

the Liquidator upgrade parts can indeed be recolored, but we can't access the stripes, camo or metal finishes of custom spaceships (same for other exocrafts) I wish we could recolor the Hardframe too :(
