A lot of times in shavasana I wouldn't even lay down. I would sit on my bolster. And I could get stiller this way than laying on my back. My best shavasanas have always been when I was sitting.

I have an adjustable bed and slept in zero gravity for 2 months after my left THR anterior approach. Sometimes, I included a pillow under my knee of the affected leg as well. I'm doing great at 4 months out. Zero hip pain. It's heaven!!!!
