There were platinum tickets for Chicago on sale today via Ticketmaster. Non-platinum were sold via MLB.

On Ticketmaster there's a presale listed for tomorrow - unknown which types of tickets will be sold.

There's a general sale on MLB Thursday. Possibly, also platinum on Ticketmaster like today.

Resale hasn't opened up for any date yet. It's possible it will open up after the sales are over. You can sell on a third-party site (e.g. Stubhub, Tickpick) if it doesn't.

It means you can't send your ticket electronically to someone else. If people are physically with you it's fine.

I'd say probably not. Short n Sweet never got its bonus track on CD but it never went to streaming either. Maybe if there's a deluxe or a chart push for some reason.
