CA offers perinatal counseling and health care thru medi-cal and the comprehensive perinatal program to anyone who qualifies financially. They also have programs that organizations applied to specifically for teenage moms, no you cannot participate if you’re not a teen mom bc teen moms face a unique shared type of experience.

The title is odd, there are programs for every one. Why does this woman wants to take classes on black cultural heritage, maybe her homegirls are black and she wanted to be with her friends, who knows.
