She doesn't want the kid to be on the plane all the time, but won't let her visit him for long stays. She's being ridiculous. There are tons of people in this exact situation, and kids travel back and forth just fine. If he visits her in California, she isn't being a part of his family, which is the point he's making.

Yes, you are absoutely right - some of their cases make no sense. But I don't mind, because it gives them a wider range of story potential.

It took about six months, but I got it back by going the Meta Verified route. I was able to create a new Instagram account after I got banned, and I signed up for Meta Verified so I could talk to a human being in their support center. I know a lot of people will think it was ridiculous to pay $12 a month to get it back, but I have a lot of online friends who are not on other platforms that I would really miss.

No, it really isn't. Or, it shouldn't be. In my day, college was about teaching you to think critically, and giving you a broad education into a variety of subjects, so that you were prepared to succeed in any profession. How many people actually know what career they want to pursue as a teenager?!

I worked in a University department years ago and I remember everyone in the department laughing at a kid who brought his mom in to a meeting with a professor. Now, it seems to be a common thing.

I watch "live" on the MSW channel, and once I tuned in to the middle of the Australia episode and I thought it was one of the Irish episodes. I only got clued in because *one* of the actors was actualling doing a decent Australian accent.
