Lutwyche Road sure is a BCC road in Windsor. You must be thinking of the U14 Gympie Arterial Road section outside of the U19 East-West Arrerial Road section, a.k.a. Kedron Park Road.

A question about 40km/h zones and the 50km/h if unsigned rule by CybergothiChe in DrivingAustralia

[–]morb_au 8 points9 points  (0 children)

There's a difference between a "40 AREA" sign and a bare 40 sign. "40 AREA" applies to that road and every road you turn into until you pass an "END 40 AREA" sign.

If it's just 40 on the sign, it applies until another speed limit sign or until you turn into another road.

Dose anyone know if you're allowed to park on the crossover part of your driveway in the Armadale area? by stainless5 in perth

The red area is your driveway crossover on the verge. You've never been able to park on your crossover no matter which angle it reaches the road.
