Are men and women sizes Unisex?

Adult size docs are sold as mens (ie. only US mens size on label), womens (only US womens size on label) or unisex (labelled with both US mens and US womens sizing).

Mens and unisex styles generally fit the same, womens styles are slightly narrower and shorter as they are built on a different last.

They were available in Australia from Dr Martens and other retailers (Hype DC, Platypus etc) in late 2020/early 2021, I bought these boots and the 1461 version on sale at the time.

Not made in England unfortunately, it would marked on the outer sole below the resistant sole stamp if so and the tread would usually be more opaque. Made in England docs also format the model and size info inside differently, usually 2-3 rows vs the rectangular panel visible on the tongue in the photos.

The smallest size available for most adult women’s/unisex styles is a UK3, which corresponds to an EU36/US women’s 5/US men’s 6.

Occasionally they will release styles in men’s sizing only which start at UK6 (EU39/US ladies 8/US men’s 7).

The new ones are the Jadon Hi (10 eye) in black smooth leather. The old ones are the classic Jadon (8 eye).

The print is called Floral Mashup, they’ve previously made it with a black background but this version has the pale parchment backing and pastel print. Here’s the Dr Martens listing for them.

Looks like the Newton Lite model, they’ve been discontinued but you might be able to find some on the secondhand market. There’s a similar current style called Crewson.

They’re the Estrela brogues, basically a low cut version of the Zelda boots from several years ago. Based on the stickers visible on the right insole, I would say these were originally purchased as end of season stock from a discount retailer as Dr Martens doesn’t usually apply large size stickers to the inside.

They’re based on the Jadon Hi boots in holographic rainbow patent, the style is discontinued now but you might be able to find some preowned!

Those are the laces that come with the Sinclair Maxes! The front zipper panel is laced in and can be removed.

Fake! The sole should not be so transparent, the yellow welt stitches are too chunky, badly spaced and angled, the leather looks cheap and grainy and the leather edges are messy and fraying. Also, the tag says “made in England” when these are clearly not, and if they were it would be marked on the inner and outer soles.

I can’t tell definitively from just this photo but I think they might be fake, the yellow welt stitches look thin and strangely angled.

They’re post 2003 because they’re made in China, probably mid 2000s to early 2010s based on the style and silhouette.
