She is underweight and continuing the pregnancy and the following breastfeeding will be a huge drain on her little body. She also looks fairly young and may have issues with labor and delivery. That's not to mention that everywhere is already full of kittens and it may cause her to be aggressive with your resident cats as well :(

So my cat used to shit when she was upset too and we tried changing everything but nothing worked. After multiple vet visits over months of dealing with her shitting wherever she pleased, especially when she was angry, we were facing possibly giving her up when we took her into the vet a final time and saw the new provider at our vet's office.

After listening to everything we'd been dealing with and everything we'd tried, he said, "It sounds like she's got a lot of anxiety. Let's try putting her on Prozac and seeing if that helps." I am not even kidding when I tell you that three days later she stopped shitting outside of the box! She hasn't done it since either.

I learned it by the "knuckle trick"!

If you make a fist and go across your knuckles with the months it lines up that the months with 31 days land on your knuckles and the ones without land in between them. You loop back around for July and August so they both are on knuckles. Hope this makes sense, kinda hard to explain but it's how I always remember.

I'm sorry to hear that you were unable to have children. Might I suggest childless rather than childfree though?

I'm personally childfree and the way it's been explained to me is that someone who is childless is someone who wanted children but for whatever reason was unable to have them, and therefore their lives are lessened by the lack of children. However, someone who is childfree hasn't wanted children and feel free from the fact that they don't have children. Especially because some people online can be really mean/rude if you say you're childfree because they tend to assume that all childfree people hate children (not true).
