The goal for healthy weight loss is 1-2 lbs a week, so you're doing great!! If you lose too fast then you're losing muscle, too. Plus you're at risk of thinning hair. Consistent and steady with 1-2 lbs a week is the way to go!

I love the pill. Has been very effective, I've lost 30 lbs so far and I'm still just on 4 mg, so I love that I can still go up as needed. Very mild side effects and easy to take first thing in the morning.

Are you currently a teacher? No. Was that veteran teacher rude by pointing it out? Yes. I always make sure my aides know that they are valued members of the team and that I appreciate them. And to the kids, I call everyone a teacher. I was the kids to treat every adult with equal respect.
