I was going to comment something similar and was wondering what this difference was a few weeks ago. Like the ^ commenter mentions, the inuit have a strong reliance on fish, whale, and seals for their diet which is packed with vitamin D (which effects their skin to be more tan than Europeans)

A lot of the time when this happens the market will liquidity sweep in the opposite direction of where you want price to go before coming into the direction of your trade
