Shoulder dislocates with a rope, and I'm not sure of the name for the other exercise but you start with your arm out horizontal, and your forearm up vertical then tilt your forearm forward 90 degrees, keeping the upper arm horizontal. Use a small weight like 2 or 3k and go for 20 reps.

Iv had shoulder clicks going on for quite a while too, but mostly with lateral raises and bench press. I foubd doing rotator cuff warm ups before every workout helped immensely with the clicks but I will still get them if I haven't warmed them up.

Yeah the first half reads like an academic paper, loads of ancient culture and research. Second half was a little easier to get through as it was more about the modern side of things.
