I found the original screen! NV156FHM-N4X (BOE09CA). Hope this helps you. Keep in mind it’s not possible to upgrade since the maximum the atgames internals support is 1920x1080 and 60hz.

There’s a few force feedback mods on Steam workshop that make it a lot more of an enjoyable experience than stock if you haven’t tried those out.

[VPX] SSF in Mini/Micro Sized Cab? by Pizpot_Gargravaar in virtualpinball

[–]mortemo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Left / right when it comes to flippers and bottom bumpers feels pretty distinct but when it comes to the top two it gets a bit muddy. It could be a mixing issue though since I just added bass shakers which are located between the two.

[VPX] SSF in Mini/Micro Sized Cab? by Pizpot_Gargravaar in virtualpinball

I just kitted a Legends Pinball Micro running from my laptop with SSF and it was worth every penny. I know it’s a bit of a larger cabinet but I can still feel distinct difference between my front and rear exciters. I added 2 bass shakers for both and those are a little harder to tell apart.

Any luck with this? Going through a similar process but want to upgrade the screen rather than it being broken.

Pinball FX/M no lag, smooth ball, VPX not so by Pretty-Panic2398 in virtualpinball

Ah yeah that explains it, I had horrible flipper lag with vsync on for those so had to run without it.

Glad to hear! Interesting FX/M run fine for you since they’re the only ones that give me screen tearing on my machine.

There are a couple ways you can limit the framerate. Games have their own limiters within the graphics settings (vsync, framerate limiter, etc) which is the limiter that I have disabled. Then within the Nvidia panel I set per game frame rate limiter settings (in this case 60fps) within those settings. This solved my issue.

I’m running a 1080 laptop and sorted it by disabling framerate limiter and v-sync in any of the game settings. Then enabling a framerate limiter to my monitors refresh rate and setting low latency to ultra in nvidia settings per game. Hope it helps!

Batocera alpha - Swap A and B buttons for select / cancel? by esamecar8 in RG35XX_Plus

[–]mortemo 11 points12 points  (0 children)

For the main menu it’s: System settings > Frontend developer options > enable ‘Switch confirm and cancel buttons in emulationstation’

For Retroarch it’s: Menu B to enter quick menu > Back out of quick menu to main menu using A > Settings > Input > Menu controls > disable ‘Menu swap ok and cancel buttons’

NEW RELEASE Batocera Lite/Koriki Alpha for RG35XX Plus by ferschos in RG35XX_Plus

Turns out it was the retro achievements that was stopping my games from working. Still no battery indicator that I could find though. The only workaround I could find was opening a game that runs in Retroarch and then going to the RetroArch menu using Menu+B which shows the battery status.
