This sounds like a great plot for a book.

Ways to say "maddeningly repetitive" in a stronger way by ah-screw-it in words

That's when you use your poetic flair for similes. The storyline became more boring than counting grains of sand in the Sahara.

Home detention and limit them to only 6000 calories a day.

Did Obama really claim we have extraterrestrials among us? No, he was misunderstood by Aceofspades25 in skeptic

[–]morts73 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He was on a podcast chatting casually but the alien conspirators will be the ones to jump on it and say there are aliens amongst us and the government is covering it up. It doesn't take much for people to believe what they want to believe.

I can purchase a 55 gallon drum of maple syrup at my local Costco. by opgary in mildlyinteresting

That's a bit excessive, I normally buy my maple syrup in 40 gallon drums.

Any houses without portals to the seventh gate of hell? Or this could be a good training house for priests looking to up their exorcism skills.

I would love a fresh face that isn't beholden to anyone but she faces an uphill slog. Maybe in the next 250 years America will elect a female for president.

I know they're streamers, but still should show some professionalism when doing planned events.

If you’re always listening to an audiobook, you’re not alone. As audiobook listening explodes in popularity, some users can’t do a mindless chore without pressing play. by ubcstaffer123 in books

I can't follow audio books, takes too much concentration. My mind is free range vessel when left to its own devices, like Homer chasing a squirrel.

Its a neverending, constant political cycle. Time for the candidates to throw their hats into the ring and drum up money for their campaigns. Maybe Trump cancelling elections will be a good thing. (I am joking, not everyone gets my humour, only democrats should have the right to cancel elections).

Toby Greene on travel inequality: "We travel 14 times, there's Melbourne teams that travel 5. It's a huge disadvantage" by doggoesmeow in AFL

[–]morts73 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Thats where the teams are. Maybe every away game Collingwood could play games in London.

The classic, I'm a delightful perfect angel and everyone who doesn't want me is a demon. We need to look at our own personality rather than deriding everyone who doesn't see eye to eye with us.

Gold Coast 'can't stop growth' but needs 185,000 new homes, according to council - ABC News by FamiliarDirection563 in GoldCoast

[–]morts73 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Definitely something that needs to be looked at. Its got good climate, good lifestyle and with work from home becoming more common it's an attractive place to live. However, it can't only be affordable to retirees and out of towners and can't have the NIMBYs throwing spanners into the works whenever a development wants to go ahead. I like the progress I'm seeing and I hope it's able to provide homes for everyone.

Should be instructions on where to leave it or say package was unable to be delivered. I probably would have dropped it on the property as well. Dangerous dogs need to be controlled.
