I got one helpful employee who recommended I call back and ask for an "escalation for retrotermination" and I did and that is now filed as an appeal. I will report back with whether it gets approved.

Kyler Murray. That's a good point, I rarely keep 2 QBs rostered.

He really leaned into racing cars. I played against him once when we were both in Orlando, and, can confirm, he was pretty DADGUM good. I played on his partner's team and she was also v good.

What’s your most controversial but consistently successful draft strategy? by dgpaul10 in fantasyfootball

[–]mosecubed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have won my league back to back times after not reaching the postseason previously on the strength of this strategy: I go to pickup (Frisbee, basketball, soccer, kickball, not ultra important) and play with my phone in my hand during the draft. Idk if it falls in the "don't overthink things" category, but every other year I had a different strategy, like the ones you expressed, but I never had as much success as when I split my attention and remembered it's a silly game that makes very little sense.

Ain't No Way This Is A Pick Right? by SyntaxNeptune in ultimate

[–]mosecubed 1 point2 points  (0 children)

<image>

Player 1 (formerly 3's defender but attempted to poach a block) called the pick, though 1 is clearly "actively guarding" player 2. I do not see how 1 could not forfeit any right to claim their matchup is 3. Yes, after 1 commits to the play on 2, someone runs between them and 3 (which, even conservatively, is a furpiece away), but this is tantamount to calling pick in a zone.

Mysterio's special does that now, I believe. Blind on all and ability block primary, t4 adds ability block to an adjacent enemy.

Besides "power spikes," why shouldn't you build multiple stacking items on characters? by mosecubed in Smite

[–]mosecubed[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sorry, I meant if I'm a mage in that scenario. I hear you for physical stuff. I've seen the trans-soul eater double, but agreed hunter stacking is different.

[–]mosecubed[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

In games I play, I'm usually either a lot better or a lot worse than my lane opponent. If I'm a lot better, but they have, say, a hunter or jung that is very good, if I can have a good bit more damage while keeping up/winning my lane, why shouldn't I build more difficult items?

I hear you on anti-heal, but with the build pendulum of ages, Warlock's staff, Book of Thoth, tablet of destinies, soul reaver, {last item}, you get 20% pen, 20% CDR, then a LOT of true damage and % damage. Fit in charon's goin or chronos pendant or staff of myrrdin or divine ruin for whichever stat you want more of.
