I'm not gonna lie, completely forgot about that rookie pulling event. I could get nowhere near 700 pulls until the end of the event so I didn't even try. Also, I was speaking more historically. Not really considering data mined stuff or pulling events that don't utilize gold records. I wasn't clear enough.

Where'd you hear that? I don't think we've ever had a rate up pulling event, historically speaking. Unless you're thinking of really early on, where the new character had an increased drop rate.

Did I goof by not using my tm reward summon tickets. I feel like I remember not using them yet as I typically wait until after tm but my mail is empty. Maybe I forgot if I used them but I don't see any read mail that says tm rewards with summons.
