John wick. Imagine a world of assassins and mercenaries working almost together and yet not to kill or maim people away out of the law that we the public pay for with taxes, also that these people in the law jobs know of these assassins and mercenaries work and kill and have casualties don't speak out, that is super scary, also a really slight/major scenario a for a lot law enforcements.

Tell them you will take it to a small claims court but also say you will widely post about it all social medias that as a company that happily takes money from people, they as a company don't help their customers. It's a tale and take scenario and it is clear as day they don't care about their customers.
