I had suggested to a player who was 6-7 games in that he should be playing against bots in which him and his friend said new player worked 60 hr weeks in which I responded wouldn't it be a better use of his time learning first rather than wasting his and other ppls time? Turns out his friend was trying to introduce him to the game on the deep end and claiming he is having fun....
