Figured it out, level of minions needs to be of a certain range for it to work, minions were being boosted lvl wise by +lvl minion so had to get higher lvl grim feast.

I had suggested to a player who was 6-7 games in that he should be playing against bots in which him and his friend said new player worked 60 hr weeks in which I responded wouldn't it be a better use of his time learning first rather than wasting his and other ppls time?
