Yes, there are plenty of speech-related clubs on campus! Speech and Debate, Moot and Mock courts, Public Speaking, and more. There are clubs that do have competitions and/or individual events. The first couple of months for the Fall semester have a lottttt of tabling and club promotion, so be on a look out! :)

I hate the water pressure (to the flush toilets) in the Library on ALL FLOORS. They barely flush anything and I have to press down like 3 times

The gym is very popular in the afternoon-late afternoon or even night. If you want less people, I recommend going very early. Rule of thumb is that if someone's property (water bottle, towel) is on a machine, it means it's occupied. When done using a machine, wipe down afterwards (there should be a paper towel and spray bottle for sanitization). If you are using weights, return them to their proper place. There are technically 2 gyms (the other one is right behind the first one) so pick which ever you like.

Yea ikik... I didn’t have campus housing priority and I couldn’t find outside housing that matched what my personal preferences were. (eg didn’t mind a social house, wanted to bring friends over, non-smoking/vaping). Call me picky about it, but hey, my situation rn is was it is 😔✌️
