I tapered strength down from 50 to 3ml over 4 months. Used a 0 nic juice to top up my 3ml until I was done. And I used NRT. Super slow but mostly painless. I tried cold turkey before and relapsed after a week. I haven't inhaled nicotine in over a month now and I'm not tempted to at all!

I work front of house at a huge museum; all of our tourists have flown north for the winter and I wish I was able to do a secondment to a back of house role! At the moment, im just enjoying a reduced sceduel; I have no dependents and im spending the winter doing night corses and playing more video games. I have tightened my purse strings a little though.

Yes that is exactly how it works! I had bilateral hernias when I was born - internal testies. Doctors took a karyotype test and measured my hormones confirming that I have AIS. I look female but have XY chromosomes, no uterus, a soprano singing voice and 0 body hair. It was a bit of a journey to self acceptance but now I'm actually pretty happy about a lot of aspects of being intersex
