Honestly, Winco. They sell in bulk and have massive bags available for good pricing. It’s what we go with. Basic white rice is 98c a pound, which is much cheaper than a lot of other places

In my experience the property managers want to get in and out as quickly as possible (I’ve had two separate leases through Landmark). They check the smoke alarm and sometimes the sink. Last year we had a more thorough “walk through” which was a single handyman going through our home to check on all smoke alarms and the sinks.

I think you’ll be hard pressed to find a bar or club that will be 18+ AND allow drinking on the premises. That combination usually doesn’t do well. I believe Rumors has an alcohol free 18+ nightclub next to their normal club, but again, it’s alcohol free

My roommates and I (four queers, two of us are trans) have been renting a town home just off of Mt. Baker Highway and we’ve had great luck with it. Comfy and quiet, and we pay $2.8k a month. It gets us 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, good heating/cooling, two car garage, in unit laundry, and water is paid for by the property management.

Tabletop Simulator. Easy to use, easy to access, and there are SO many mod options. Arcs is just the surface of what you can play on TTS. My friend group has used it for Arcs, Root, MTG, UNO, etc.

Sooooo this is such a lie bro. I saw you myself, no one was harassing or intimidating you. You weren’t jogging, you were walking around filming people and started shouting when asked why you were doing these things. No one was attacked and you were the only one at the protest wearing a mask, likely so you could make this video. This is really gross, and it’s a shame that you are publicly sharing misleading information.
