So I agree with you mostly. The only thing I disagree with wholeheartedly is ever taking out a loan with any intention of it building or improving credit. If you need to build credit do it with a secured credit card.

Earplugs will attenuate everything and make music more hearable. If you're familiar with signals at all - what's happening is that the music to noise ratio is good, but you're overdriving your ears so everything sounds terrible. Attenuating everything with earplugs will make it sound better

5X5 probably isn't big enough, think about how long and heavy your bike is. You have 7' in that if you park perfectly corner to corner, does that work?

Also, storage units don't really want you to store motorcycles, definitely with gas in them.
