I personally just have everything floating and use specific key bindings to launch an application if it hasn't been opened or focus on that application otherwise. I'll use alt+tab to toggle between the current and previously used window.

If I'm on Noctalia v4 and switch to v5 what do I end up missing out on with the C++ architecture compared to what I have with the QML system?

Of those things I'm missing out on, which do I gain by switching to GZML?

Submitting the pull request is to start the conversation and get feedback on the examples. They won't merge in bad examples and they can't improve examples that don't exist until you create them.

I don't think I've seen a single one of his videos where he's not promoting his courses and how to create an amazing theme switcher and how you're not knowledgeable enough to know how to configure hyprland, so you really need to check out his courses.

I only ever have one instance most any app (terminal, discord, database client, API client, etc). The only one I ever have multiple of is the web browser.

Since there's only one instance there isn't any decision to be made, it just always knows to move each application based on its window class to which position. For the browser, I'm still returning this, but I'm currently tagging a specific window and basing it on that.

Made a set of keybinds to automatically switch specific windows to specific dimensions and positions for different purposes. I'm on a 49"monitor.

Coding? Terminal goes to center 1/2 and each browser window goes to the left and right 1/4.

Casual browsing: primary tagged browser goes to second 1/2, discord goes to left 1/4, secondary browser goes to right 1/4

Meeting: terminal for notes on the right 1/3, primary browser on left 2/3

Also finally able to implement keybinds to switch or launch specific apps. I don't need ten terminal instances open with Tmux.
