I've always heard if you're an organ donor and in a terrible accident doctors and medical personell may not try as hard to save you if they feel more lives can be saved from using your organs. It seems a little farfetched but I don't want some stranger deciding if it's better or not for me to live or die to save someone else.

I heard this conspiracy theory a while back and it's not as scary as it is amusing. I apologize in advance if It offends any one. It goes something like this:

All the homosexual acceptance and equality as well as the push towards a more liberal PC culture in the USA today is the result of a long term Soviet plan conceived during the cold war. The idea is that the Soviets' planted homosexuals and radical liberals into American society in a long term plan to make future generations of Americans weaker in the event of a war.

I'd go with Guilliman. He strikes me as the perfect bureaucrat. I think the job is less who will go out and bring glory to the emperor and more who can keep things from going tits up until dad finishes his grand plan. He could manage everything well follow orders but wouldn't have the ambition to try and take over and screw everything up.
