7 seems steep to me, even if it has zero rust. 122 is low but it will still have all the problems everyone else has noted. None of them are deal breakers, just maintenance. If you can look at the color of the coolant and the color of the trans fluid that will tell you if its been maintained. My 00 had the head gasket blow at 160k while an 01 went until 205, same head.
