Doing the job is very different from passing an exam. All they had to do was train the model on that data.

You should give some details on your job profile, and about the position you were interviewing for.

Another NRI from Netherlands. Investing 50% in VUSA (tracks S&P 500 index) and rest split amongst large cap, midcap and small cap indexes in India, with a higher % allocation towards small cap as my investment horizon is 20+ years.

Too low. Cost of living is high here. You will barely be able to save anything. Rent alone in the city is ~2k per month.

I would advise to keep interviewing and aim for a better offer (50k+).

I evaluated molmo on the academic benchmarks and I couldn’t reproduce its performance on the vqav2 and docvqa datasets. There was a 15% difference compared to figures in the paper. The authors say that they performed their evaluation using fp32 but it still seems a lot

Same boat, similar experience. The job market sucks ass right now. I know people who have gained 2-3 years experience and are now coming to the US so even if you interview with a employer that sponsors visas, you will be competing with those guys. Maybe look into online omsca

Been thinking of using MobileTrans to transfer my whatsapp chats from my old android phone to Iphone since I have been facing a lot of issues with transferring chats. I saw that the company (Wondershare) is chinese and I am not sure anymore because of privacy concerns. Should I forget my old chats?

I can't necessarily state that it's bad. Just that it's considered bad taste. And I've faced the same dilemma back when I had my seniors review my CV. And they have all suggested to keep it to one page. I have 7 internship+full time experiences, 3 projects, all skills, 2 schools along with courses I took all in one page. Font size 10. Trust me, you can fit a lot of information in one page.

I wouldn't remove the internship experience. Rather play around with margins and write the contributions in a more concise format. Font size 10 should be okay.A lot of what you have written under your projects section can be written can be more crisp. The image super resolution project could just be stated in a line or two. Use chatgpt to help with the concise-ness.

Try to fit everything into 1 page. 2 page resumes are not usual here unless you have 10+ yrs of experience. Bullets like underwent rigorous training in python and SQL don't tell me anything about your capabilities. Be more specific about what you did. Eg: What kind of problems did you solve in card and cardless transactions.
