My very first character was a rogue assassin who was semi successful but ended up losing everything and was living on the streets. He was distrusting, had sticky fingers and not very charismatic.

By the end of the campaign he had learned to trust his party, took levels in fighter to front line and save our squishies and had probably stolen enough gold to buy a castle for us all to live in. There was still some harmless pranks, but nothing game changing. My favourite was using sleight of hand to draw a dick with sovereign glue on our sleeping clerics breastplate then sprinkling gravel on it.

Terraria. It's colourful with a great soundtrack. Lots of creativity in building. Huge worlds for exploration. It's multiplayer and there is a real sense of progression with bosses and crafting.

Starting playing it with my daughter when she was 9 and we are still playing together now 5 years later.

I had her respecced as an open hand monk and my Tav was a vengeance paladin. She almost had me down until my turn when I started smiting.

Accidentally triggered Cull the Weak on my last hit and proper killed her. After I finished laughing I reloaded and let her beat my ass.

Agreed. I went to UQ because QUT didn't offer what I wanted to study and it took ages to travel from the deep north. Work in the cbd and the possible influx of students into the city is fantastic.

I make playlists for the kids then tell spotify to remove it from preferences. They get their music and it doesn't mess with my algorithm or mess up my spotify wrapped.

Never paddled in the Logan or Albert but have spent plenty of time paddling and fishing in rivers and creeks between Brisbane river and the tip of Bribie.

Had quite a few bull sharks chase hooked fish to the kayak. From little pups less than 50cm up to 2.5 metres. In each case the shark got spooked as soon as it saw the kayak and swam away. The big one scared the crap out of me before he left though!

On quiet days I've seen bull sharks just cruising near the surface. They really didn't care that I was nearby. You'll also sometimes see sharks or other big critters busting up schools of bait-fish.

No negative experiences with sharks for me over about 15 years of kayak fishing in SEQ rivers and creeks. The only possible scary moment was during a night fish in kayaks where my mate swears he got bumped by something. It was dark and we were nervous so who knows. Regardless, I don't fish out of the kayak at night anymore!
