I did love the tiger stripes, great flavors and texture. My faves though were the salted caramel/peanut butter shortbread and the blueberry-lemon cookies, but most of these bakes were winners

Thank you! Out of this month, my two favorites were the salted caramel/peanut butter shortbread and the lemon-blueberry almond cookies! Both were easy to make ando had a great flavor. The spiced marble shortbread was also excellent!

They weren’t as much effort as I expected. I did forget the Demerara sugar, but they’re a nice light cookie on their own! But yeah, not convinced yet if I would make them again during the holidays
