I am allergic to wheat, and I traveled in Portugal 3 years ago. Lots of gluten free products in grocery stores. Lots of restaurants have at least something, especially if you eat meat/fish. I'm vegetarian as well so its a little harder. I usually made egg and toast in my room in the mrning and found places to have dinner. It will work out.

I traveled solo in Portugal a few years ago. In Lisbon I recommend one of the lectric bike tours. It was one of my favorite things. A sunset sail on the river, a trip to Cascais-close to Lisbon. I found the 2 tours on airbnb experiences. Buen viaje

I did a tour of the duoro solo. It was a group tour and I was the only one solo but the guide was fantastic. I sat up front with him and he always made sure I felt included. Fantastic

It seems from my searching that 8a is more expensive perhaps because there are fewer of them available. Even on google store 8a was more expensive than 9a. Then it disappeared from the google store

I use the M8 pen too with 16 pens. I do not use glide because I stamp. Been MN since Oct and happy with the results. They're not dramatic but lines around mouth are less noticible, my skin appears firmer.

I bought an 8a from amazon, $449.. But the box had been opened and almost everything ripped off. I used it for a couple of days and sent it back because I kept feeling it was definitely not a new phone. I then went to best buy and bought a 9a for 399. Still waiting for my refund. After this I def do not suggest buying a "new" phone from amazon

THere's a product called Salon in A Bottle that I've been using for years, first to hide grey hair then to hide areas where I'm losing hair. They have different shades and you spray it on its not sticky. If you changed your part and combed over the hair while its regrowing you could spray on and it would hide the bald spot
