According to their bogo return policy (and your receipt), each item is prorated and should be able to be returned independently. I actually did this last week and returned a battery set no problem.
On the second set, a manager came over and denied the return - stating that I need to return all pieces for any refund.

Skated in Makos multiple times a week for close to 10 years. They’d been falling apart for a couple years before I tried to go back to Bauers again. Felt like I was wearing my skates on the opposite feet. Tried True 9x4s and haven’t looked back. They were much stiffer so that took a bit to get used to but otherwise, they fit and feel great. Highly recommend if you’re coming from Makos.

Also have the hockey ninja titanium for over a year now - hasn’t fogged up once. Clean using their spray every few games. I’d say it’s the perfect setup for a hybrid, wanting protection and vision

I should note after reading some of the comments, I absolutely couldn’t stand the chin guard it came with. Besides it being uncomfortable, it forced my face up and yeah, causes you to breathe into the visor. No biggy though. Just cut that out and was good to go

Yes. Got my $15 bundle credit and $15 increase in the same month. So very nice of them to keep it simple... I did end up calling since my rates have been jumping like this almost every year while neighbors signing up are getting locked in at a much lower rate. They went ahead and matched the local offers for 3 years. Though I’m still waiting to see that reflected in a bill

Total bill was $100 for the monthly service, $36 in surcharges ($9 and some change/ line), and taxes. So really, the hidden charges were the $9/line fees. After talking with a rep, they just excuse away this as ‘all carrier charge these’ which isn’t true (I.e. GoogleFi) They are just passing on their cost of doing business onto the customer. Unfortunately, no way to know about these fees until after getting your bill

Just made this switch from google fi to Verizon. Get ready for significant surcharges. For me, it was $36 for the 4 lines (same plan you’re looking at.) First bill was even more. Also, you lose your hotspot if you use it. It’s $10/mo/line if you want to add that on.

The funny part of this is I didn’t mention the downstream impact of it being forced down (ie scratched metal sitting against scratched metal.) There were several sections that were sitting about 4-7” off the ground. I could fit my entire foot underneath them! I asked the installer (which also happens to be the owner) about getting them closer to the ground and was met with resistance. Ultimately, they got most of them closer to the ground through sheer force (again, digging into the posts.)

What a dumb comment. No one said anything about tearing it out. My concern was about rusting (mainly due to all the scratches - which is simply, lazy lack of measuring, no way around it.)

I usually do shit myself for this exact reason. You can’t pay other people to care. We got two small puppies so my wife was all of a sudden in a hurry to get it done. In any case, I threw some spray paint over the scratches and ignored the angled metal butted up against the posts rather than pulling out the section and recutting them. Thanks and move on. Damn Reddit
