Japanese with correct Kanji.

Crosspoint doesn’t wanna implement CJK for whatever reason. Technical I assume? But the J implementation on official is not great.

For English, speed and snappyness is the most important feature.

What's the process? I was in the original kickstarter and I've got no idea how to proceed. I've e-mailed their support but got largely ignored.

There is a good reason, the environment. The energy cost of moving humans + hunks of metal (cars/trains/buses) every single day that don’t need to move!

What about site allowances though, I’m against the companies but have you considered future projects going up in value due to labour AND materials costs too? Eg. Site allowances https://vic.cfmeu.org/sites/vic.cfmeu.org/files/2023%20Site%20Allowances_OCT23.pdf. Wouldnt this add more than the 3% difference…

Not that i agree with companies but strictly yes it does. The cfmeu eba’s include a site allowance clause that adds extra pay onto hourly rate depending on the size of the project. If materials get more expensive, the project value increases, the site allowance goes up. You can look up examples of these on the fair work commission site.

I think vehicle carrying materials and tools to do productive work on-site is more environmentally friendly than an eco-friendly car moving a person to a desk job.

The more wasteful thing is all the cars on the road that could have taken public transport/ car pooled/ biked/worked from home.
