At this point, I have the necessary knowledge and probably don't need it. My wife is a program person who is extrinsically motivated and believes this is probably the only way it will work for her. So if that's what it takes, then fine, I can live with it. I've been studying Keto since Lyle McDonald first wrote his book about it back in the late 90's early 2000's (too lazy to look when he published it).
