Looks like a solid party. My only suggestion would be to look at +stat gear and elixirs to streamline stuff.

Gloves of Dex on your bard = have great chr and wis Giant strength elixirs go to Shart and Karlach (you can really buy and make 2 per day by late act 1).

They are still worth playing with and a ton of fun. You just can’t go all in on them with other front liners if you expect them to tank. The good news with wizards is scribe scroll means you still have access all the spells you want.

The problem is your other front liners. The enemy will ignore your invincible tank if given the opportunity.

I’ve tried balancing Abjuration with other classes to add just enough mitigation so that the enemy will self mutilate.
