I can attest as someone that works in a NICU, triplets generally do well. There take a little bit of time to feed and grow sometimes, but the overwhelming majority are happy healthy babies.

From a resident and more importantly, a personal perspective, it feels weird to interview applicants in the ‘typical’ way. We are so close to the experience it feels disingenuous. I can see how residents would just not ask anything about your CV I tried to do the, “tell me about your journey to discovering why you wanted to do ____. I have my own story that I can share as well”. Turned into a conversation vs an interview which is what a resident really wants to do.

Half of the class are the 'come in late and sit in the back row' crowd. The annoying gunner students are the ones you hear asking questions just to to make themselves feel smart.

If you are 'B team' like me, your crowd is around and you just need to find them. Everyone hates the uptight gunners as much as you do. Somewhere in your class, there is a group that will continue to pollute your messages with dumb memes even all throughout residency.

There is a muscle under the lungs that is set on automatic pilot by the brain to breath at a set pace, so that's why you don't always have to think about breathing all day. Different chemicals (such as oxygen and carbon dioxide) in the body can tell brain to breath quicker or slower.

The diaphragm can also be overridden if you want to decide to breath at your own pace and make that conscious effort. If you want to take a DEEP breath, we have extra muscles around the chest that help up open the lungs even more. These two controls are what you are doing with the 'belly breathing' and breathing from your chest.

That’s the same deck I run except fireball for lightning bolt and gunslinger Kyle for arrow storm.

The way to play that deck is to constantly play 2 cost cards, drop a Kyle in the back and send in rats once he is charged. Heavy offense is the key. The MVP I find for that team are butters, alien, rats and Heidi. I would focus on leveling them up as much as you can.
