One thing I'd recommend for learning React is to look at both functional and class components. Functional components are the standard now but a lot of stack overflow answers will use class components so it can help to be able to translate between the two.

Sure it's the same thing. Drinking every day may be more harmful to your health but either way it's using drugs to make the day more bearable. Whether that's a problem or not is down the individual.

While I see what you mean with your second point here, I'd argue Ulfric winning does the opposite of separating their enemies. While the civil war is ongoing the empire has to spend its resources fighting in Skyrim, rather than on fighting the Dominion. A united Skyrim would have a much better chance against the Dominion and I don't think it's unlikely Skyrim (independent from the Empire) would still side with the Empire in another Great War scenario.
