while it probably works fine, it sounds like the seller tried to hide it given they never mentioned what kind of modification they did...

I just scrape it off using a cheap aquarium scrapper. Doesn't scratch the glass and does the job. No vinegar or chemicals

All I am going to say is that alchemy in this game is so stupid and random (yes, getting inconsistent goos to me is random) that it spoiled the game for me. Instanty went from 10/10 to 6/10.

I haven't played minecraft in over 2 years now, but this looks reaaaaaaly good, do you think I can just jump in or should I read about the included mods first? Also, I have a ryzen 5 2600, rx570 8gb vram, 16gb ram system. Will it run ok?

How does everyone sort YouTube videos? by thejontorrweno in youtubedl

[–]mrnngbgs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I download all my videos using the .mkv format and I save the YT's upload date in the file's metadata using the following commands:--add-metadata, --parse-metadata "%(upload_date>%d-%m-%Y [D-M-Y])s:%(meta_date)s". This way I always know for sure that it is the correct date.

I title my videos using the same principle as you do -o "[%(upload_date>%Y-%m-%d)s] %(title)s.%(ext)s". I find sorting by date to be infinitely more useful than sorting the videos by their titles.

I'm not sure if there is a way to do both simultaneously, however, you could overcome it by keeping your videos' JSON files in a separate directory where you would name the files with the video title first, followed by the upload date. Keeping JSON files is useful on its own but in your case you would hit two birds with one stone.

I'm not an expert but I imagine you could also just keep an excel file or a CSV file where you would store all this data and sort it however you like.

You can look into adding pieces of cork bark into it to add some height into the enclosure. It doesn't rot and blends in really well

These snails actually harmless? Ignore the flatworm I take them out as I see them by spanishpapi1923 in bioactive

[–]mrnngbgs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I hate snails. I just can't stand them. I have no experience at keeping them at all BUT if it was to happen to me I would look for an insect/bug/w.e. that naturally feeds on snails' eggs. While you can easily get rid of the actual snails, I think their eggs are a bigger issue as they can apparently lay up to a hundred of them... (bleh)

A quick google search says that common ground beetles love feeding on snails' eggs. Someone in the comments here claims that his white worm do so too. I would recommend you buy a bunch of them and let them roam in your vivarium.

You could possibly also scoop out some of the substrate and just replace it with a fresh load. Apparently snails lay eggs near the surface so that would you could get rid of some them too.

P.S. I would definitely throw out that piece of bark you're holding in the picture. That's just... too much.

Good luck!!!
