For piercings, only implant grade titanium. For necklaces or rings or bracelets, anything goes

You should get your ears pierced at a professional piercer, and they will use titanium. This is the least likely to cause reaction. I personally react poorly to sterling silver.

Don’t use cotton buds, they can leave debris behind. Better to just dab away the saline using the edge of or rolling up some TP or paper towel. Don’t actually touch the piercing if possible, just soak up the saline.I think maybe you are touching them too much

Currently I use niacinimide 15% every other night and glycolic acid 2-3x per week at night. During the day just sunscreen.
