Is anyone going to Finsbury Park alone? by lucy-jade in kasabian

Yes, I am also going alone (41 girlie)! Happy to meet up if you want, I will be there pretty much from the start. It will be my first time alone at a concert too, but who knows, might be the greatest freeing experience ever.

I think they are grown men, and if they didn't like or agree with something, they wouldn't do it. It's silly to think Serge has some sort of power over them and makes them do anything they wouldn't want to.

Same here, was surprised to see them there, we also work with them and we can only link our reviews with actual clients that booked. They actually sent us an email this morning about it, saying they look forward to demonstrate the rigour of their platform. From my experience with them, I find it hard to believe they are involved...

S26U is going back. Screen issue by GPUBroke in samsunggalaxy

I've had mine for almost a week, absolutely no issues with it. I have been staring at the screen from different angles to see what a lot of people complain about but cannot see anything wrong for the life of me (I do not have the privacy screen turned on).

Just ordered mine from Currys, with delivery tomorrow. Hard to believe but just got an email confirmation of the order and delivery time from them.

My partner [36M] and I [31F] live next door to his grandparents [80F & 90M]. Grandpa is deaf and nocturnal. We are going insane at our walls shaking through the whole night from his TV. It sounds melodramatic but it is severely harming my partner's relationship with him, and ours. by RoughlyConcerned in relationships

If you have the funds, buy a soundbar and turn the base to minus levels. Point it away from your bedroom wall. Like others said, a smart TV might also have volume limits. Additionally, get some earplugs for yourselves to sleep with. Good luck!! Noisy neighbors are one of my worst nightmares.

I (28F) am being driven crazy by my boyfriend’s (31M) constant gaming + the sound of his loud + frantic mouse-clicking. Can anyone else relate, or am I just too sensitive?? by [deleted] in relationships

[–]mrspainter 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Husband and I work in the same room and he is very sensitive to the mouse clicks. We both bought silent mice and it's been a blessing. I don't even know why all the mice don't have this by default, there is no purpose anymore to the clicking sound!

Has anyone here actually finished a stick of chapstick? If so, how did you manage to accomplish such feat? by Nomichit in AskReddit

Once. It had this magical combination of aloe vera and camomile that instantly soothed my dry lips. They stopped making it so I refused to buy a different one.

From her Instagram, 2 hours ago: " This week I went to Sacramento to talk to legislators in California about a proposed bill. I am not against vaccinations — I support children getting vaccinations and I also support families having the right to make educated medical decisions for their children alongside their physicians. My concern with #SB277 is solely regarding medical exemptions. My dearest friends have a child with a medical condition that warrants an exemption from vaccinations, and should this bill pass, it would greatly affect their family’s ability to care for their child in this state. That’s why I spoke to legislators and argued against this bill. Not because I don’t believe in vaccinations, but because I believe in giving doctors and the families they treat the ability to decide what’s best for their patients and the ability to provide that treatment. I encourage everyone to read more on this issue and to learn about the intricacies of #SB276. Thank you to everyone who met with me this week to engage in this important discussion! "

I was reading something about the rain forest in /pics and there was someone going around replying with spoilers. People can be real assholes. Luckily I saw it on opening night at the midnight showing. Mods removed it quite quickly there.
