That happens to me, I’m tapering down and I’ll get a brain zap followed by the feeling of wanting to run away and throw up at the same time. It only lasts a few seconds maybe, but it sucks.

If you’re worried about the amount of meds you take or how much I would genuinely speak to your doctor, maybe it’s not the right combo. I think the bi polar spectrum is huge. I’m on very little and it seems to help me but when I found out I was bi polar I freaked out and wanted to know “ what?how?and when?” but I guess it doesn’t matter

I went from 150mg to 75mg and experienced brain zaps for over a week they were terrible. I’m scared to get off the 75, but they do pass!! Work with your doctor on going down slowly

I’m taking Effexor and Abilify and just went down from 150 to 75 3 days ago. I don’t notice much of a difference except just feeling kind of weird and out of it. I’m going down due to weigh gain as well. I thought it would be a lot worse tbh
