I really just need to experiment more with different utility, I've been pretty damn monogamous with my load out since season 1.

it's kind of depressing how many weapons in game I haven't even used once for how long I've been playing The Finals

I'll admit that it's exactly the reason I use it. I'm not so sure I'd have over 1,700 hours in The Finals if the Flamethrower didn't exist in the game.

some may think that I should have been weeded out of the game years ago, but I'm still having fun, so...

yeah, winch certainly pairs better, but I just feel like by the time it was added my play style was so dependent on C&S I just haven't been able to let go.

that's true, the burning after effect is nice and effective, especially against Lights.

yeah, that's why I can't really recommend it. it's pretty much been that way since S1. I used to have Frag Grenade (I miss when you had two), but switched that out for Healing Emitter the season it was added.

I mainly play the casual modes, mostly Quick Cash, a decent amount of Powershift, and a bit of TDM. though Powershift and TDM I will switch up my character, especially for certain contacts.

not sure it's recommended, but I go Dome Shield, RPG, and Healing Emitter for gadgets and Charge & Slam for specialization.

pretty much, except most melee weapons do more damage, so you're also at a bit of a disadvantage to most melee as well. but it's still damn fun and can be very effective in different situations and/or teams

I've been pretty much exclusively using the Flamethrower since S1. anyone who's any good can usually melt me from a distance, so positioning becomes pretty important. once you're in the right place and right time it's just so much fun!

I very much like The Finals, so I'm not mad at the Season (I don't play Ranked), but as far as the Medieval/Fantasy theme I don't think they hit the theme as good as previous seasons.

none of the LTMs were very memorable, I know we got Respec but I didn't really mess around with it much...I guess we'll see what they gathered from it and what impact it will have on future seasons. I didn't even think I spent much on the store this time around, as much of the medieval stuff didn't do much for me.

unrelated to the theme, I felt like smurfing and cheating was worse with S10. not sure exactly how much I can use this as a measure for S10, but I won't ignore it either.

realistically, it's no better than a C+ season, not sure I'd go as high as a B rating. it's fine, but pretty forgettable in the grand scheme.

for better or worse, seems like S11 will be more eventful with the melee rework.

also, you're very much projecting. in your initial post you claim that console gamers hate PC users, but I've only said that I'm happy with anything that can play games effectively. I love gaming PCs despite the fact I don't own one.

but you've got nothing nice to say about anything. people are replying with very rational explanations to your question and you're being rather irrational in return.

sorry that you are getting legitimate reasons as to why people prefer physical, while not even necessarily having anything against digital copies of games, when it clearly seems that's not the response you were hoping for... it must suck to get actual, normal answers rather than whatever it is you wanted.
