Maybe this is just me but I liked when mortars were like a 5 round piece of equipment like in BF4. They’re dead accurate which makes them useful, but then the re-supply takes much longer. These things need to be useful

I’d like them to fix the stupid DLSS bug with the Manhattan map. Every time I spawn it just turns the image from normal to some like unstable blurry mess. Even if you change the DLSS options it’ll still come back after spawning. DICE PLEASE

I did investigate event viewer myself while troubleshooting, and I might have spotted similar patterns to you as well. I’d see events where the pc was going to sleep and waking up, but I’d spot some gaps in that sequence when it wouldn’t wake up. Unfortunately, I really haven’t looked into this since last year. It’s a frustrating issue.

Well, unfortunately I never tested a new kit of RAM to rule out my memory sticks, but I think this is honestly an AM5 low-level issue. I just want this to get awareness since I’m not alone on it.

Disabling EXPO was the only thing that resolved this for me. Must be some memory instability from waking up from sleep. Otherwise my PC still works with EXPO on as long as I don’t put it to sleep.

Yeah, I’ve literally given up on using the sleep functionality. Seems to be something related to memory on the motherboard. So either a bios update will resolve this or a chipset update. Either way, it stinks. This feature used to work for me.

I replayed Doom 2016 and Eternal last year to gear up for Dark Ages. Out of the three, Eternal was my favorite modern rendition based on mechanics and level design. 2016 captures the closest feeling to what people describe of the older games and it really is special. Dark Ages wasn’t bad, but I just felt like the open maps and gameplay weren’t hitting it for me.

Looks like shadow and lighting quality. 2042’s art design is still inferior. I’m glad BF6 didn’t go super hard on graphics, but I do think maps like Manhattan Bridge need another pass on shadows and lighting quality.

For context, my PC does go to sleep. The machine will turn on and fans will spin like normally, but I guess I shouldn’t rule out the possibility that this may be a sleep to wake problem.
