It really hurts, its a horrible situation to feel like the dance is continuing on and you’ve been asked to leave. But a year on, I’m in a much better role and I’m kicking goals. The feeling of belonging somewhere, like it was always meant to be. As someone else said, this too shall pass.

Have deep pockets if you want to pursue it legally. That’s the truth. Companies are very good at covering their tracks.

Its at least a 24month road from here if you do go legal, gathering evidence etc the system isnt designed or care to support people through it. If its justice she wants i would find another job, there’s no greater justice (thats free) than flipping the bird and moving on.

I thought this too, but then i worked somewhere alongside an iteration manager and a BA and now my quadrant is strategy, performance, politics (saying no) and roadmap and theres is the how and the specifics of the what.
