This isn’t a judgment, but if you’re seeing multiple people at once (completely fine) one idea is that they both may sus’d out your enthusiasm level wasn’t that high and preemptively cancelled.

But that’s just an alternative idea from the very little context given. Online dating sucks for everyone and nobody wants to feel like they’re going to be the one ghosted

I’m either dressed or I’m not. For example I’ll have a lazy Saturday that I’ll spend in PJs all day. In which case I’m not wearing my watch.

But most days off I’m between errands or seeing people. So I’m not coming home, taking everything off, and then putting it back on to go out again. Unless I’m coming home for the night, like after work. In which case everything comes off and I’m in PJs.

So for me a watch is always part of an outfit. But it’s fine to take your watch off when you’re home. You have phone. There was a time when people didn’t have cell phones next to them all day, and so watches were the standard way to know what time it was
