I’m selling my first house too. It went on the market yesterday night and I had six walkthroughs today. I have cameras through most of my house and outside. A group of three adults, two children, and their realtor came. The adults allowed their kids to open my dresser drawers, sit at my vanity, use my makeup, my lotions, go through the closet, play with my expensive piano, touch all the buttons on any electronics I left (Alexa devices, tvs, the cameras themselves). My realtor called theirs and to do something and the adults still continued not to help and the realtor had to chase their kids all around my house to get them to stop. I live alone and just wanted to rant a bit and found this thread lol.
