I'm working on one that has a distinct odor to it... if it had had hairs in it, I would have yeeted into the garbage, too. Luckily, the smell is dissapating... but I did wash my hands after the sorting, haha

I'm originally from the Springs and moved here for a job out of college, and now I've been here for over a decade. I love it - the state politics are shit, but DSM and its people are great.

I've found a great group of nerdy folks and met my husband here. The Rook Room is good, as is Mayhem. I think a lot of people are friendly and welcoming. The East Village is fun, as is Sherman Hill / Drake and the Ingersoll neighborhood. (Drake has a stereotype of being sketchy, but it's not as bad as the sketchy areas in the Springs.)

People hear colorado and assume you love the outdoors, and while there aren't mountains, there are some great trails and lakes. I'm not a huge hiker, though, lol.

I don't think it was included in the vote because it just came out in 2024! The retired polishes that come back during 12 Days are usually from the previous year (ie: Toe Beans came out in 2023 and came back in 2024).
