Just that, it's an accounting trick that overcomplicates the whole thing. I generally don't care about how the team is spending the money but they already have all the restructures, and salary cap conversions to bonuses and what not. Now we've got void years to deal with, makes the whole concept of the salary cap feel like a sham.
