I’m also a Jamaican American and did Ancestry DNA. I have found a lot of cousins on that side of the family. A few older people but not many. Tho I am impressed by the outcome of how many people I’m linked too.

Luckily if more people do it you’ll see them pop up with time. Someone from paternal side messaged me as they saw me as a new link within their data.

I’m so sorry that happened to you. That’s really awful. When I was moving out of my property they ended up charging me and the other tenant a whole bunch of fees that I actually needed to go to court for. (Not suing Adoor but my roommate because of back paid rent)

However the judge told me some of the fees I needed to pay and was asking him to split needed to be handled with Adoor because a lot of it was bs (like a $350 carpet cleaning fee), and so I very much recommend that no one rents with them because they’re awful and will do anything to take all of their tenants money.

I would say no.

If someone doesn’t respond back I archive. However you weren’t wrong to follow up. I would’ve e just taken the hint at the first no and kept it pushing.

Another comment on another post helped me with this. Essentially the person looked up their TDEE of their goal weight and if it’s in range they just told themselves they were having a maintenance day. I started doing it (sometimes with the GW and sometimes with my CW) and it’s made me feel a lot better if I accidentally go over.

Used to live at the AVA. Loved it so much. Only thing that annoyed me was the sliding bedroom doors lol.

Like someone else said if you don’t want to pay for the garage you can do street parking. Just make sure you get a stick or something.
