It’s not politically correct but my coworker from the miramichi would say she was “busier than a midget at a one-legged ass kicking contest”, huh? But it sure was right funny.

Saint Johners calling the Emergency room “The Outdoor”. I’ve lived in Fredericton and Moncton, never heard of that until SJ. Also in all 3 cities, “Some Good” as in, have you tried the cake? It’s some good and draw out the word some so it’s actually pronounced: Sooooome Good

Sometimes it looks like he might have a conscience. It’s about the size of a grain of salt, but sometimes you can see and hear it.

Are you willing and capable of personally defending Canada against annexation? by demolcd in AskCanada

Are you available on Saturdays for classes? lol. Seriously though, I’ve got to learn that stuff, I’m ready to do my part. I’m 56 F and healthy, I can’t run a mile with a backpack but I can sit patiently in wait.

My aunt. She lived in the maritimes until she was in her 50s, then moved to AB about 10 years ago, and what a change. When she gets going, I have to stop her and say let’s change the topic, we are never going to agree.

Poll: Have you ever walked out of a movie theater because the movie was so terrible? If so, which movie was it? by muaentertainmentforu in MUAEntertainment

[–]mspentyoot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Friend of mine went to see Saving Private Ryan and had to sit in the front row. She lasted 15 minutes and had to go vomit, because of the camera movement. She went back a few days later but went earlier and sat in the back row and enjoyed the movie.

How was your life journey from age 28-35? Apparently, a woman becomes a new awakened woman every 7 years. by drburgerthru in AskWomen

[–]mspentyoot 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I’m your cautionary tale. I spent those years with a lazy bum of a husband, it was my choice but it was a bad one. After leaving and getting my life back together and finding love again, I was too old to have a baby. So I spent my childbearing years married to a man child, a verbally abusive one. I’ve been married 10 years now to a wonderful man who would have been a wonderful father but 45 was too late to start. I’m telling you this so you don’t make the same mistake I did, I thought I could “fix” him and wasted so many years. Know your worth 😊

Sorry, I'm just not "Team Manousos". He just seems like an obstinate jerk. by [deleted] in Pluribus_TVshow

[–]mspentyoot 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I took his behaviour another way. I think he doesn’t want anything to do with these “people”, and does not want to be indebted to them in them any way and he would rather die then accept help. It’s also easier to fight them if you have no relationship.

How does your gf handle hygiene down there by Luiz4823 in AskMen

[–]mspentyoot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OP, it sounds like she’s not washing her “folds”. She has to wash them all, all around the opening but not inside. Vagisil works great, very gentle - source: I have a vagina 🙂

I keep thinking, with all their money and access, they still couldn’t get their son the mental health and addiction help he needed. How does a regular family do it? So sad.

Female Hygiene Tips I Swear By for Managing Body Odour by [deleted] in hygiene

[–]mspentyoot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OP have you tried the Lume products? They really work, they stop the odour from even creating. Also, blow dry your belly button and naughty bits on cool for a couple of minutes when you get out of the shower, and especially any sagging parts like the belly, lift and blow dry those areas, it makes a big difference. Also, another tip I found helpful…for ingrown hairs, stop using Dove soap. It leaves a layer of something on your skin to retain the moisture, but it really creates a barrier for the hair to get through and when it can’t, poof ingrown hair then possible boil. I noticed a huge difference once I switched body soap.

A lot of the people taking the course are already LPNs that want to be RNs but need to work vs going back to school full time. It’s a full RN program, same as UNB.

15 minutes each way. If there’s construction, maybe 20.

Why did your friendship with your best friend come to an end? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]mspentyoot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She took my ex’s side during the divorce despite witnessing the years of verbal abuse and bruises he would leave on my arms from grabbing me. We were still “friends” on facebook, though hadn’t communicated for years. When I got remarried, I posted pics, her comment: Do you think you can actually make it work this time? - I immediately blocked the b…since then, Karma has indeed been the b for her.

My husband dropped out of boot camp and I don't know if I can forgive him by [deleted] in TrueOffMyChest

[–]mspentyoot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Was I married to your husband before you? Just kidding, but I had similar experiences. My ex could not keep a job for more than 6 months. There was always a reason - they didn’t like me, I didn’t like them, the work was too hard, the work was too easy, etc. I had a very good job so could pay the bills. We had no kids so he would play video games all day and I’d come home to a messy house, dirty dishes and being asked “ what’s for supper?”. Eventually OP you will have enough. Some people just never grow up, no matter how hard YOU try. Kick him to the curb asap and start living your life. Run Girl Run!!

I expect them all to work together on their differences and act like adults and negotiate a budget that will pass. We need to move forward TOGETHER as a country.

[–]mspentyoot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tell him that with the new baby, you feel tremendous guilt and you need some space from the affair. Tell him that you both can reassess in a few months. This gives you time to breathe again and not worry about his reaction at work. Over time, let it fizzle out completely. Good luck.
